YOUR CONSUMER RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND : –

First and foremost, we want happy, satisfied customers! We make all of our products to order, according to your specifications. If for any reason the mistake is our fault we will gladly ship out a replacement. In an event that you would like to return or replace your order, please go through our terms & policies below. If you face such kind of problem; in the 1st occasion, we will replace the purchased product. You have to ship the item* back to us in its exact original form in the given address. After receiving we will check and verify the product. If it passes our inspection we will immediately ship your replacement at your address. After getting the replacement if you’re getting the same problem as before, on the 2nd occasion we will refund the price amount minus shipping to your bank account in the usual manner. All items must be returned in original condition to receive refund or exchange. Please include your receipt when returning a purchase.

NOTE :

If you have customized the specifications of the Ancillary Product, you have no right to cancel the Contract, return the Product or receive a refund unless the Ancillary Product:

Does not match the specification in the Electronic Preview;

Is faulty;

Is damaged; and/or

In these situations, you must e-mail us by forwarding our order confirmation email and include details of the issue with photographic evidence if necessary. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail.  All further steps will be detailed by email in response to your email.

If you are entitled to cancel your Order Contract we will refund you on the credit card or debit card or any other payment method used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the Product we may refund you in vouchers.

If you are entitled to cancel, then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Order Contract.

If the Product is damaged or defective on delivery, a description of the damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of you.

Our delivery schedule is from the time of purchase.  We pride ourselves on getting your graphics to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIME : –

India: 12-15 working days – Rest of the world: 15-18 working days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver to all countries. If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined.  We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
